Community Inclusion Partner Program
Make Inclusion Visible
A community program helping Park Ridge and Chicagoland organizations visibly demonstrate their commitment to LGBTQ+ safety and belonging.
About the Program
Visible inclusion tells LGBTQ+ community members where they’re safe
The Community Inclusion Partner (CIP) program recognizes businesses, organizations, and institutions in Park Ridge and the greater Chicagoland area that publicly commit to welcoming and affirming LGBTQ+ employees, patrons, and neighbors.
Partners self-attest to a set of inclusion commitments and receive a visible decal and digital badge. The program is community-rooted — created by the Action Ridge Gender Justice subcommittee and sustained by the belief that local organizing can make a tangible difference.
“Belonging is a shared value.”
